Quick Instructions:

Assuming you have already added all your athletes to your Master Roster:

1. Go to Teams & Specialties.
2. Click “+ Create New Team” button.
3. Enter in squad/team info. When naming your team, DO NOT use your programme name. i.e., 'Legacy Allstars Kats' should simply be named 'Kats' here.
4. Add Coach Data, including email if they wish to receive scoresheets during events.
5. Click Save.
6. To place athletes on the team you created, Click the “+ ADD” button under the Members column.
7. Tick the athletes you wish to add. (Helpful hint: You can sort athletes by name or birthdays by clicking the header of the column you wish to sort by).
8. Click Done Entering Members to save your work.
9. At this point, you’ll be asked if you’d like to enter this team into an event. You can either select event(s) from the dropdown to proceed to registration, or you can click the red X at the top corner to skip this step and register later.
10. That’s it! You’ve built your teams and placed athletes into those teams. Next, you can register into your chosen events, or add additional teams. The video gives additional tips to review, add, or edit additional items for your team.
