Warm Up Rotations at NEC Hall 1

Here are the warm up rotations for Live Your Legacy, taking place in NEC Hall 1. This video is not for spectators. There is a separate page for spectators, linked below. There are also additional videos and links to show you the paths to/from NEC warm up to your competition arena in Resorts World.

Station 1: Open area, NEC floor, no mats. Your official time here is 4 minutes, but feel free to use more if you want, just check in with warmup staff first. 

Station 2: 8 minutes on small section of mats (4 strips, non-sprung) for cheer teams or half dance floor (4 strips, laid on concrete hall flooring). 

Station 3: Freedom and Glory Arenas - 8 minutes on full sprung floor for cheer teams. Honour Arena - full floor (non-sprung) for cheer teams. Full dance floor for dance teams, laid on concrete hall flooring. There are two "versions" of dance floor. 8 rolls of floor, 2m wide each is taped in black, and 10 "rolls" of floor, 1.6m each, taped in light grey. In both cases (8 or 10 rolls of dance floor), center is a line. This will accommodate teams who have practiced on either layout. Full floors will be taped this way in warmup and on competition floor.
