Checking & Updating Postage Address for Wristbands

We're delighted to offer you a service designed to save you time, stress, and money!

We will be posting your athlete bands, coaches passes and event information packs directly to you ahead of the event weekend, FREE of charge.

To ensure we can do this, it is important to check your postal details on RegChamp by following the steps outlined in the video below.

NOTE THE DEADLINE TO CONFIRM THIS IN REGCHAMP IS AROUND 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

If it is nearer to the event than this and you need to change your address, please email Alice directly via [email protected].

Quick Instructions:

  1. Login to RegChamp. 
  2. From the Dashboard, click on the 'Invoice' button to view your event invoice. In the 'Questionnaire' section, your nominated postage address will be recorded. Check this is correct. 
  3. If it needs amending, return to the Dashboard and click on the blue button next to the Event Name. 
  4. Navigate to the 'Docs, Reports & Results' tab. 
  5. Click on the text link: 'Event Questionnaire'.
  6. Add or Amend your postage address as needed and click 'Submit'.
