• Pick your event from the buttons at the bottom of this page and fill in the form. You will enter your ticket quantities for each day, split by adult and child aged 5 to 12.
• Tell us on the form whether you want your wristbands posted to you or left for collection at the Box Office.
• If you choose postage, enter the full delivery address on the form. We do not assume the delivery address is the same as your RegChamp address, so always type it on the form even if it is the same.
• An invoice follows by email, payable by BACS. Your order is not complete until it is paid in full.
• One order per programme, per event, and it cannot be edited once submitted. Please check your quantities carefully before you send it.

• Athlete wristbands are posted to you in advance by default, to the address you entered in RegChamp during event registration, along with your coach credentials. This is free.
• That RegChamp event address is not the same as your account address. To double check the address we hold, look at the bottom of your event invoice.
• Follow the instructions on the Coaches Info Page for your event, linked in RegChamp, so everything reaches you in time.
• Very important: wristbands must be treated like cash. They will be charged at full price to replace, without exception.

Not automatically, and most group orders do not carry one. Plenty of programmes simply prefer to run their spectator tickets this way.

A Frequent Flyer discount applies only if this is your second or later Legacy event of the season and you ask for it. The order form has a question for exactly this, so tick it there and we will pick it up.

We then check your account before invoicing, including that you have no outstanding balance on previous entries, and confirm which tier you have earned.

Any discount applies to the ticket price only. The ticket and venue facility fee is charged per ticket and is never discounted.

Deadlines are firm and orders cannot be edited once submitted.

If you have missed a deadline, or you need extra tickets after ordering, those will need to be bought individually through the normal spectator ticket process.
