This event takes place at a world class venue that you will love. That means we are providing world class security teams for you. Therefore, everyone will be expected to follow venue and security protocols without exception. This includes being kind to all staff and security. They are working to serve you and keep you safe.

Bag/Luggage Policy: Athlete Bags vs Spectator Bags

Standard bag policies apply for all spectators and non-competing athletes. The bag policy for spectators is as follows, direct from OVO Arena Wembley. Exceptions for athletes are listed below that:

SPECTATORS:

IT REALLY IS BEST TO NOT BRING A BAG WITH YOU...
Please keep personal belongings to a minimum. There are no storage facilities at the venue and failure to comply may result in late or non-admission. If you plan to bring a large bag that does not fit the bag policy, you can use Stasher to find places in the local area where you can leave your large items:

Our bag size limits are as follows:

1. All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.
2. Backpacks are not permitted.
3. Bags that can be worn on the back must not exceed 30cm wide x 20cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A4 sized).

Do not show up with a bag or items outside of these restrictions. Any oversized items will not be permitted entry. Please plan ahead to store luggage with your hotel or via the Stasher system listed above.

*Persons with infants who need baby bags or medications may be allowed in with necessary bag. However we kindly ask you to consolidate and only bring the items needed for your time inside the venue. This will minimize bag search time and help prevent delays.

ATHLETES:

Athlete Backpacks are the only exception to this protocol.* Athletes may bring their team bag. All bags must be processed through bag check. Athletes should bring water bottles that are empty. Unlike in past, we have now negotiated for metal water bottles to be allowed for athletes, so that is fine as long as you arrive with them empty. Refill stations are throughout the building.

ENTRY & RE-ENTRY:  

A reminder that pre-purchasing spectator tickets is HIGHLY recommended for everyone. Prices go up the week before the event, and pre-booking will make your entry much smoother! Click Here to get your spectator ticket.

IMPORTANT: Venues normally do not allow ticket holders to exit the building and re-enter. However, in recognition of the structure of this event, the venue has negotiated (and Legacy pays for) re-entry allowances, with the expectation of audiences being cooperative, patient, and courteous to all venue and event staff, and anyone in the vicinity. Allowing re-entry creates a multiplier effect with massive load on the venue entry team, and may add to wait times at the door, especially during peak times. If you opt to leave the building and return for a specific time, please allow ample time for re-entry, where all protocols will apply with every entry/re-entry. All bag rules, security rules, possible wait times, and simple human kindness is an expectation and condition of entry for first entry and re-entry.

Re-entry is a privilege that must be earned with our venues to be kept from year to year, dependent on audience compliance.

Note: At this venue, you may be handed a physical ticket on entry, to be handed back to arena staff on the way out for tracking purposes. This is for the venue, so any questions associated with that can be directed to venue staff.

There are excellent catering outlets on site, so outside food or drink is not permitted. Exceptions are made for dietary requirements/allergies, babies and very young children, as well as athletes for hydration - see more info on that below. In general, it is expected that this allowance is respected as such, and any items seen to take advantage of this grace are subject to confiscation. 

Exception: Athlete Water Bottles

Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. They will be able to attend the water bottle fill stations in the arena to refill at their leisure. 

All UK venues have restrictions on prams, so we recommend whenever possible that you do not bring a pram with you. If you do, they will be subject to venue policy below. Neither Legacy nor the venue is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property left in pram storage areas. Here is the venue policy:

• During children’s shows, there is a buggy park on either side of the concourses inside the building, however, due to space restrictions, we suggest that you don’t bring them into the venue, if possible.

There's not a bad seat in the house, but please note that Legacy offers a VIP Viewing Area for Parents/Supporters, if you'd like to gather on floor level during the time of your team's performance. We kindly remind you that the VIP area is a short-term, pass through area intended for access while your team competes only.

The VIP Viewing Areas for each arena will be signposted. VIP viewing areas are on the south side of the building (to the left as you enter the building lobby from the east side).

For HONOUR Arena: Take DOOR 2 on the south concourse to enter VIP viewing area. Take stairs back up to DOOR 1 to exit.

For FREEDOM Arena: Take DOOR 5 on the south concourse to enter VIP viewing area. Take stairs back up to DOOR 4 to exit.

When the routine is done, we ask all parents/supporters to depart promptly to allow space for the next competing group of supporters to see their team, as routines run 30 seconds to one minute after the previous routine finishes.

Note that the week prior to the event, our team is traveling and setting up the venue, so we may be slow to reply to emails. Don't worry. We can always assist on the day at the venue when you arrive. Can't find your ticket, bought the wrong one, don't know where your barcode is? NO PROBLEM. If we don't get to you via email prior, just ask our friendly staff to assist when you arrive.
