Entry requests received after the On-Time Deadline are subject to event capacity and may be accepted at Legacy Cheer & Dance's discretion. Late entry rates are £52.50 for First Entry per athlete, or £44.50 per additional athlete routine for Crossovers.

**CheerAbilities teams wishing to perform as exhibition only may enter free of charge.

Coaches

Coaches are admitted free-of-charge, up to 1 coach per 12 athletes entered.
Additional coaches charged at £35 per coach.

Preliminary General Schedule

The divisions/days listed here are an estimate. We cannot confirm the performance days for certain until we have at least some entry data to work from. We will therefore release a confirmed General Schedule here no later than 21st November 2025 (after the Early Registration Deadline).

**IMPORTANT NOTE RE DANCE FOR THIS EVENT:
We will make every effort to include all teams that wish to enter, however due to capacity restrictions, DANCE divisions for this event will only be unlocked and available for entry IF TIME PERMITS. IF we are able to open Dance divisions, this will take place on 25th September. Updates will be posted on this page and we will email our Coaches Mailing List on Wednesday 24th September to confirm if Dance will be available or not for this event.

Virtual Divisions

All Stunt Group and Partner Stunt.

This season Stunt Group/Partner Stunt divisions will run as Virtual Competition ONLY. There will be no options to upgrade to live performances. There will also no longer be live award ceremonies for these divisions. Virtual competition results will be published online and via our social media channels, and banners will be available for purchase for those wishing to celebrate their results.
