• At Legacy, when you make a group order for spectator wristbands, we will post them to you (around 2 weeks before the event) to the address you provided in RegChamp during initial event registration, along with your athlete wristbands and coach credentials, assuming the order has been paid prior to shipment date. This packing and shipping service is FREE, but you MUST enter the correct delivery address. Please follow instructions on the Coaches Info Page for your event (link in RegChamp) to ensure correct delivery of your wristbands and coach credentials in time. To double check your provided delivery address, see the bottom of your event invoice.
• If you do get postage in advance, wristbands must be treated like cash. This is VERY important. In the last season we were inundated with so many lost/left behind wristbands that our box office staff can no longer hold up lines to accommodate begging and requests to be given a free replacement. They will all be charged at full price without exception, so please ensure your teams/families are aware of their responsibility to keep track of it once it is in their possession.
• One order per gym only, so plan accordingly. The group orders may not be edited once they have been placed.
• Invoices will be issued upon submission of this form, and orders are not complete until payment has been made in full.
• Please be aware: Deadlines for these orders vary by event and are usually around 30 DAYS prior to the event. Check the Coaches Info Page for your event (link in RegChamp) for the deadline date. Submissions placed after the deadline will not be valid.
• If you have earned Frequent Flyer Discounts for your order, please email us after you submit the order to ensure your discount is verified and applied*: [email protected]  *Ticket fees are not discounted by the venue and platform, and they apply per ticket, not per order.

Introducing Legacy's Grand Prize Game! Each and every event, Legacy will be giving away cash prizes to lucky spectators. 

Those purchasing individual tickets online via our online shop/booking system will be entered automatically using the email address they provided as part of the purchase process.

How to Enter via Group Spectator Orders:

 Soon after a Group Spectator Order is placed (allow up to 1 hour) you will receive an email with a link to a unique Google Form. Share this form link with your spectators that are part of the group order so they can opt-in with their name and email to be entered into the draw. This is optional, but if they don't complete the form, they will NOT be entered or eligible to win.

• Note that we will monitor form responses to ensure we only receive responses up to the number of spectator tickets you ordered, so only share the link with those that are part of that order.

Drawings take place at final awards celebrations for each event. Need not be present to win. We will contact winners via the email provided in the form you share with them, or when they bought their individual ticket online. All competing gyms are also eligible and automatically entered for the Gym Grand Prize, via drawing at same awards celebration.

Legacy's Pre-Check Status allows an expedited and smoother experience when teams arrive on event days. Here's how to achieve Pre-Check Status:
