Everything you need to know about tickets, access and merch for the 2027 season.
Spectator Tickets: Individual
Buying
Buy online before 12 noon on the Thursday before the event for the best price. From noon that Thursday, the price rises to the on-the-door rate, so buy early and do not delay. These are digital tickets, not posted to you in advance. Your ticket is emailed to you the moment you buy, so type your email carefully at checkout and check your inbox, including your spam folder. At the event, your digital ticket is simply scanned at the door. Each ticket also carries a venue, platform and pass-out fee, added at checkout. This fee is set by the venue, not collected by Legacy, and cannot be discounted.
Check your day before you buy
Double-check your schedule and buy the correct day. If you buy the wrong day, contact us to arrange an exchange. A £3.50 exchange fee applies per transaction, as the change corrects a purchasing error.
Refunds and transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for any reason, but they are easy to transfer. To transfer a whole order to someone attending the same event, forward them your confirmation email and CC our Box Office so we have a record. They collect the wristbands at the door. You cannot split an order: whoever holds the email collects all of it. Each order is collected once and each barcode scans once.
Collecting
Show your ticket, on your phone or printed, at the Box Office when you arrive and we will issue your wristbands.
Children under 5 are free
Children under 5 do not need a ticket. Please collect their wristband with you on the door when you arrive.
Competing athletes are free
Athletes have access to the venue with their athlete wristband, which they will receive from their coaches.
Lost or damaged wristbands
Treat your wristband like cash. Lost or left-behind wristbands must be re-purchased at full price, without exception, so look after them.
When tickets go on sale
Spectator tickets go on sale at 6PM UK time on the date shown for each event. There is no buy link yet; each event will open for sales on its date below.

Per-day tickets. Prices are the same at every 2027 event apart from Stand Strong.

- Athletes are free on non-compete days. Children 5 and under are free on the door.
- The venue, platform and passout fee is added at checkout, is mandated by the venue, and is not eligible for discounts.
- Tickets are non-refundable but easily transferable.
Carer Access
Carers for athletes
We provide a free one-to-one carer ticket for every athlete competing on a CheerAbilities, DanceAbilities or Adaptive Abilities team. We arrange these directly with your coach. Any other members of your party buy their own tickets. If your athlete is not on one of those teams but needs full-time, side-by-side support throughout the day, contact us and we will work with you and your coach to arrange the right access, free of charge. If you need to be in the building but not constantly beside your athlete, a standard spectator ticket is all you need. In any emergency, our staff and security will always get you to your athlete straight away.
Carers for spectators (Essential Companion ticket)
If you are attending only to support a spectator who could not attend safely without you, we offer a free Essential Companion ticket. The spectator needing support buys their own ticket at the standard spectator rate. Only the companion ticket is free. This is arranged in advance, in line with the standard at our venues. Apply before your event's deadline using our Essential Companion form. Our preferred proof is a Nimbus Access Card showing the +1 symbol; if you do not have one, submit a PIP (daily living), DLA (high or middle care or mobility), Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance award letter, a GP, consultant or occupational therapist letter from the last 12 months confirming you need full-time one-to-one support, or a Certificate of Visual Impairment. The companion must be 16 or older. We will confirm your companion ticket before the event. We cannot accept a Blue Badge on its own, proof of a temporary condition, or expired letters. Your proof is used only to verify this application and is deleted after the event.
Merchandise: Returns & Exchanges
Check before you leave the stall
When you buy at an event, please check your items before you leave the merchandise area to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Returns
You can return or exchange an item, bought online or at an event, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Once an item has been worn or washed it is no longer in original condition and cannot be refunded. Keep your receipt or order confirmation.
Faulty items
Faulty items are rare, but if it happens, email our Customer Services and we will put it right.
Returning in person at an event
You are welcome to return or exchange at the merchandise stall at any event, even if you bought online. If it meets the conditions above, we refund to your original payment method.
Returning by post
Outside of events, email Customer Services for the return address. Depending on the reason for return, we may not cover postage. For exchanges by post, we usually need the item back before we send the replacement.
Exchanges
Exchange at the merch stall at any event on the spot, or return by post and order the replacement online. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and the conditions above.
