Check In to Warm Up: 5 mins - Holding in 'pre-warm' area. May be cold in this area - dress warm.

Station 1: (Cheer) 8 mins on half-size non-sprung floor / (Dance) 8 mins on half-sized dance floor, non-sprung, lino direct on arena floor. May be cold in this area - dress warm.

Transfer: 4 mins to transfer upstairs to re-warm space.

Station 2: LOW CEILING - for ground level activity only. No Stunting. (Cheer) 4 mins on area of non-sprung cheer carpet / (Dance) 4 mins on area of dance floor, non-sprung, lino direct on arena floor.

Transfer: 4 mins to transfer downstairs to warm-up space.

Station 3: (Cheer) 8 mins on full size sprung cheer floor / (Dance) 8 mins on full sized dance floor, sprung (placed on top of sprung deck). Taped with both grey and black tape - see floor specs section below for details. Music table present.

On Deck: 10 mins in holding, prior to performance.

This event runs two "arenas", or competition floors. The competition floors will run concurrently, and will be called FREEDOM ARENA and HONOUR ARENA.

FREEDOM ARENA

• Cheer Floor: Standard 9-panel sprung floor. Center will be marked with a small square of black velcro on black carpet.

HONOUR ARENA

• Cheer Floor: Standard 9-panel sprung floor. Center will be marked with a small square of black velcro on black carpet.
• Dance Floor: Black vinyl dance floor laid on top of wooden cheerleading sprung deck at this event. 8 panels, 2m wide each, laid front to back, black floor taped with black tape. Center is a line. Given that some teams perform abroad with 10 panels rather than 8, the dance floor will have a second set of grey tape, to indicate "10 panels", 1.6m wide each. Center is a line. There is a white border around the floor. No penalty applies for dancers performing on this border, as it is just cosmetic for clean stage lines.

The Golden Hour is Legacy's priority access entry for athletes and coaches of teams that are due to check into warm up at 7:59AM or earlier on Saturday or Sunday.

Athletes and Coaches in the Golden Hour should make themselves known to Legacy Staff situated outside the venue from 6:45am, and they will escort you to the doors for priority entry. 

Note this is for coaches and athletes only. Parents and spectators must queue for entry along with everyone else. 

A lot of the event specific information you need for your programme before and during the event can be found on the 'DOCS, REPORTS & RESULTS' tab in RegChamp.

You’ll find things like the Event Schedule (digital version showing just your teams, and PDF version showing the whole event), PDF awards schedules, details of your registered teams & rosters, list of coaches (staff)registered for the event, change request forms (link to submit and status of existing requests), and link to upload videos for any virtual routines entered.

To access your 'Docs, Reports & Results' tab:

• Login to RegChamp.
• From your dashboard, click the blue Event ID button for this event.
• Then click the "Docs, Reports & Results" tab (if it doesn't take you to that tab automatically).

We recommend you direct families to make their own spectator ticket purchases UNLESS you have a Frequent Flyer Discount that grants group spectator order discounts (i.e. this is your second Legacy event this season). Info for both options is below:

Individual spectator tickets go on sale on 18 November 2025. Please ensure families know which day ticket to purchase.

Group spectator ticket orders can be placed via forms from this webpage. 

Provided your registration invoice is paid up in full, Legacy will, by default, post your wristbands to you for free, around 2 weeks in advance of the event. This package will include your athlete wristbands, coaches wristbands and credential lanyards, and if applicable, any spectator wristbands from a group order you have placed. Everything will be sent together in one batch.

Postage will be to the address provided when you first registered for the event. You can check what this is on your Invoice via RegChamp.

If you DO NOT want your wristbands posted, OR YOUR ADDRESS HAS CHANGED you MUST email us ahead of time to notify us.

Legacy will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to an incorrectly provided address. Wristbands must be treated like cash and lost wristbands will need to be re-purchased at Box Office at the event, no exceptions. 

Note that Legacy never posts individual spectator orders made via our store. These must be collected on the day at the event, via scanning the code the purchaser will receive via email.

As per the timings indicated above, you can submit these to notify us of changes you need made to your event entry / schedule.

It is MUCH easier for us (and you!) to track and manage these when they are submitted via RegChamp, so please use this method rather than emailing us!

To submit a Change Request Form:

• Login to RegChamp.
• From your dashboard, click the blue Event ID button for this event.
• It should take you to the "Docs, Reports & Results" tab. At the bottom left is a text link for 'Change Request Form'.
• Fill out the form with details of your request. Once submitted, it will appear below the text box on this page with a status of 'Pending' (we've haven't actioned it yet), 'Completed' (it's been actioned) or 'Declined' (we've reviewed it, but cannot make this change).

Greenlight is Legacy's sytem for promoting safeguarding in the sport. 'Greenlight Verification' means Legacy has verified appropriate DBS/PVG documentation and an ID photo for the named coach, giving them a green sticker on their coaches badge. Coaches for whom we have not been able to verify these will have a red sticker on their badge.

THERE IS A STRICT DEADLINE FOR GREENLIGHT. All docs/data must be uploaded by the deadline noted in the timeline above. Data uploaded prior to the deadline will be reviewed and if approved, a GREEN sticker will be issued for that coach. Data issued after the deadline WILL NOT affect coach pass sticker colour. We may review data submitted late so that coaches record is updated for future events, but sticker colour for this event WILL NOT be amended.

Note that University Programmes do not need to submit any DBS, as this is not required for University teams, but we do appreciate if you can upload an ID photo for each coach.

Junior Coaches and/or Coaches working with only Adult athletes are also exempt from Greenlight and for these individuals, programmes should add a note to their 'Staff' record in RegChamp to state they are a Junior Coach or an Adult Athlete Only Coach, so we know to give them an exempt white sticker instead of a red one.

NOTE: For the 2026 Season we will continue to use our sticker colours as an educational process and to allow coaches with RED stickers to access Coach & Athlete Only areas, but please be aware that in future seasons we may start to impose restrictions on coaches with RED stickers. DBS certificates are valid for 3 years, so upload your coaches latest certificates now and you may not have to do it again for another 3 years (depending on certificate issue date)!
